Registration Information and Policies
Register early! As a courtesy to our students and teachers, classes that do not meet minimum registration requirements will be cancelled three business days before the class begins. If this occurs you will be contacted as soon as possible and rescheduled, or your tuition will be refunded in full.
Although most classes run, we reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.
General Information
- All students that register for a class(es) should assume they are enrolled. Receipts are mailed only upon request.
- If a class is full/cancelled, you will be called.
- For reasons beyond our control, sometimes it is necessary to change location, faculty, time and/or date. Thank you for understanding these circumstances.
- Additional fees and/or supplies are required for some courses. Check the course description for any additional material fees.
- If a class is cancelled due to low registration, all registered participants will be notified and refunded 100% of the class cost.
- Weather Related Cancellations - If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather a make up date will be scheduled. Whenever USA Public Schools are closed, Community education classes do not meet.
Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be made if class(es) cancelled by USA Community Education.
- If you are unable to attend a class you must cancel one (1) week prior to the start of class.
- No refunds will be given for one or two day classes; if you are unable to attend a substitute is welcome to take your place.
- For class(es) that meet three or more times you will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given once the class(es) have started.
- There will be a $15.00 charge for a returned check.
- Special refund consideration will be determined by the Life Long Education Committee.
Parking/Entrances
- Free convenient parking is available during the daytime and evening classes.
- Parking for all classes being held in the High School will be in the north and east parking lots, using the entrance near the High School offices. (Sporting events concessions render the cafeteria inaccessible from the gym entrance).
- Parking for all classes being held in the Middle School will be in the south parking lot, using the Middle School main entrance.
- Most youth classes will be held in the Elementary School (check location in class(es) description).
